Thanks. We have to take control of the brain by understanding how our emotional state affects our physical health. it's a fact that this happens. Here are some simple examples: When we're angry, our heart beats a certain way. It pounds away. Anger can cause our face to turn red. It can cause stomach aches and ulcers. Did you know that 50% of heart attacks don't have any evidence of narrowed arteries? Our emotional state is the key. It's not hard to prove the mind-spirit-body connection at all. By becoming an optimistic person, by becoming emotionally strong again, you can regain brain health (and all other physical parts too).
